★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un edificio nuevo de departamentos. Va a tener locales comerciales y muy buena vista del pitillal y parte de Vallarta. A dos cuadras de la plaza del pitillal y una cuadra de la av. 16 de septiembre. Aun esta en obra negra, pero estan a muy buen precio. La construccion y los detallados son de buena calidad. Una buena opcion para vivir en este lado de la ciudad. No es tan turistico, pero te queda todo cerca.
It is a new apartment building. You will have commercial premises and a very good view of the pitillal and part of Vallarta. Two blocks from the pitillal square and one block from the av. 16 of September. It is still in black work, but they are at a very good price. The construction and detailed are of good quality. A good option to live on this side of the city. It's not that touristy, but it's all close.
