Carlos Lázaro - Lazarus Turisticus on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hermoso edificio modernista de la Ciudad de México fue construido en 1967 en la colonia Florida para alojar oficinas. Me parece destacable su emplazamiento en un gran predio abierto, lo que lo hace un edificio generoso a la vista por los jardines que lo rodean. Hay en eso un gran sentido al no abarcar todo el espacio. Esto lo hace además del fantástico diseño con un pasillo que le rodea tras una serie de columnas - portales - que rodean los cuatro lados del cuerpo rectangular del conjunto. Me parece destacable como una obra de estilo internacional que debe preservarse para el futuro y que debe mostrarse a nuevas generaciones de arquitectos y estudiantes de arquitectura y turismo para su difusión.  This beautiful modernist building in Mexico City was built in 1967 in the Florida neighborhood to house offices. I find it remarkable its location in a large open space, which makes it a generous building in view of the surrounding gardens. There is a great sense in that in not covering all space. This is done in addition to the fantastic design with a corridor that surrounds it after a series of columns - portals - that surround the four sides of the rectangular body of the set. It seems remarkable to me as a work of international style that must be preserved for the future and that must be shown to new generations of architects and architecture and tourism students for its dissemination.
