★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien, estos departamentos tiene ya muchas decadas en la epoca de Lazaro carsenas uno de los presidentes que gobernaron Monterrey,dicha comunidad esta compuesta por 50 edificios bien acodisionadas a las nececidades de los habitantes algunos con otras virtudes como los cuartos algunos 3 y otros tres y otros 2 baños, y lo mas importante centrica.
Y en esa zona sucedieron varios acontecimientos por mensionar uno que los hizo destacar en el edificio 7 el cual es el mas grande fue victima de un ataque de estudiantes renegados protestando del cual no recuerdo hubo una balacera y perecieron varias personas.
Pero eso no quiere decir que no sean buenos departamentos y hoy pasara el metro por una lateral de la avenida constitucion, el cual varios condominos son afectados por la estructura del drenaje a dicha comunidad. Yo en lo personal vivi desde los 5 años y salide esos condominios a los 26 años fue mi lugar de crecimiento.

And in that area there were several events to mention one that made them stand out in building 7 which is the largest was the victim of an attack of renegade students protesting which I do not remember there was a shooting and several people perished.
But that does not mean that they are not good departments and today the subway will pass by a side of the constitution avenue, which several condominiums are affected by the drainage structure to said community. I personally lived since I was 5 years old and I left those condos at 26 years old, it was my place of growth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para vivir, tienes muchas opciones de rutas si no tienes coche y el centro esta muy cerca, es tranquilo. Único detalle no se le da mucho mantenimiento a las calles en cuanto a limpieza ay a los estacionamientos.
It is a good place to live, you have many route options if you do not have a car and the center is very close, it is quiet. Only detail is not given much maintenance to the streets in terms of cleaning and parking.

Aunque hay algunas zona que suelen tener basura y están poco cuidadas se compensa con la constante vigilancia por parte de la policía.

The place is one of the best to live, they are cheap if you have friends / family with whom to share the rent.
Although there are some areas that usually have garbage and are poorly maintained, it is compensated by the constant vigilance by the police.
