★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. The toilet in our room didn't work 3 out of the 4 days we was there. Beautiful property, but so many other things were lacking. The food is pretty bad, they have 17 restaurants and only 4 of them were good. The rest were not. They have some interesting hotel acts in the pyramid but they lacked in direction, story line, and creativity. I couldn't make sense of it and it was way to loud. The all inclusive feel is nice the first day. Then you realize that all your getting is the cheapest crummy ingredients around... I wont stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this hotel was the worst by far. i got home yesterday i couldnt wait to leave. barely any ac food was garbage the hallways stunk really bad and people working very early in the morning making alot of noise. the service was horrible the mini fridge wasent even cold. i wouldnt reccomend anyone to go there. other then the hotel cancun mexico was beautiful the beach and the resort. alot of hot mamas lol

It was a horrible experience. Don't waste your money going here. I had issues with the hotel and getting them resolved was like pulling teeth. They said hat I deserved a refund and now I am having a horrible time getting what I deserve. They go back on their word and try to give you something you do not want
