Su arquitecto, Juan Segura, mezcló en su trazo Art Deco, una propuesta para uso habitaciónal, con hermosos y solariegos pasillos (2) y hermosos accesos a bocina dos, muy art deco, así como una hermosa pergola en la azotea, y una gran cantidad de locales comerciales que rodean la planta baja del edificio, donde se han instalado joyerias, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa y una farmacia. Conozcan este bonito edificio de 1929, que forma parte del patrimonio arquitectónico de la Ciudad de México.
 The Isabel Building in Tacubaya, Mexico City, is one of those modern buildings that marked the evolution and urban profile of Mexico City in the 1930s.
