Es una obra del Ing. Genaro Alcorta y fue inaugurado en 1906. Ha sido sede del Café La Concordia, posteriormente de la compañía de Seguros La Mexicana, oficinas administrativas y hoy en día es sede de la tienda Zara.
Por encontrarse en la esquina de Isabel la Católica y Madero, tiene un remate en la parte superior de las dos fachadas con un Reloj muy bonito. Por dentro es muy sobrio en sus acabados.
Sin lugar a dudas, una joya de la Arquitectura que vale la pena visitar.
