★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ese edificio hay una escuela llamada Tecnicas Americanas de Estudio, son un gran fraude y el programa cuesta 39,000 pesos mexicanos, tienen una buena tecnica para lavar el cerebro, contratan ingenieros y profesionistas disque te hacen creer que si trabajas con ellos vas a ascender a gerente en muy corto tiempo, y simplemente te conviertes en un vendedor.
In that building there is a school called Tecnicas Americanas de Estudio, they are a great fraud and the program costs 39,000 Mexican pesos, they have a good brainwashing technique, they hire engineers and professional professionals who make you believe that if you work with them you will rise to manager in no time, and you just become a salesperson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ese edificio hay una escela de Ballet...pasamos por allí EN PLENA PANDEMIA y están dando clases presenciales, NADIE USA TAPABOCAS, parece que no les importa la salud de los demás. ¿como permiten tantas alumnas en un lugar cerrado y sin ventanas??
In that building there is a Ballet school ... we passed by IN FULL PANDEMIC and they are giving face-to-face classes, NO ONE USES TAPABOCAS, it seems that they do not care about the health of others. How do they allow so many students in a closed place without windows?
