★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es el estacionamiento a utilizar si es que vienes al Paseo Santa Lucía, a menos de que vengas con carreola o con silla de ruedas ya que aunque cuentan con elevadores, siempre los tienen "bloqueados", normalmente por algún imbecil guardia de seguridad o algo así. Vamos, un estacionamiento de 18 pesos la hora, creo que mereces una mejor atención.
This is the parking to use if you are coming to Paseo Santa Lucía, unless you come with a stroller or a wheelchair since although they have elevators, they always have them "blocked", usually by some stupid security guard or something So. Come on, a parking lot of 18 pesos an hour, I think you deserve better attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar para ir a cenar con amigos, buena variedad de platillos y cervezas. Los fines de semana hay un mercado al aire libre de productos artesanales para toda la familia. Excelente ubicación, cuenta con estacionamiento y elevador para personas con silla de ruedas.
It is a place to go to dinner with friends, a good variety of dishes and beers. On weekends there is an open-air market with artisan products for the whole family. Excellent location, has parking and elevator for people with wheelchairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algunos negocios cerrados por pandemia pero se está recuperando. Hay estacionamientos a precios muy accesibles sobre la calle Ignacio Allende (sobre la cabecera del paseo frente al edificio Paseo Santa Lucía) paseo Imprescindible en Monterrey.
Some businesses closed due to pandemic but it is recovering. There are parking lots at very affordable prices on Ignacio Allende street (on the head of the promenade in front of the Paseo Santa Lucía building) Essential promenade in Monterrey.
