Very friendly people, they know what they do, very poor, in spare parts, I do not agree on what a server occupies, there is a lot of machinery and equipment, I recommend! But in honda ......... excuse me, but no !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se ponen de acuerdo ni en quién te va a atender en el mostrador, es caro ( puedes encontrar marcas y productos similares en otros lugares hasta en casi la mitad del precio), y lo peor: tienes 0 (cero) garantía en las refacciones que compras. En lo único que si son buenos es en aplicar al pie de la letra, la leyenda en su factura: " no se aplican cambios ni devoluciones "
Definitivamente no vuelvo a comprar ahí
They do not agree on who will serve you at the counter, it is expensive (you can find similar brands and products elsewhere at almost half the price), and the worst: you have 0 (zero) warranty on spare parts what do you buy. The only thing they are good at is applying the legend on their invoice to the letter: "no changes or refunds apply"
I will definitely not buy there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tardado te preguntan todo, aunque uno lleve físicamente las cosas y a pesar de que sea su propia marca quieren todos los datos serie modelo etc. Casi siempre tienen las cosas de entrega inmediata.
It is very time consuming, they ask you everything, even if you physically carry things and even though it is your own brand, they want all the model series data etc. They almost always have immediate delivery things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron muy bien, vía telefónica y WhatsApp. solicité información sobre bombas para fuente y me recomendaron una muy buena y la verdad el servicio fue inmejorable. Tenía dudas sobre el pago pero lo hice por medio de una transferencia y la verdad es de que me contestaron muy rápido y me enviaron el producto al otro día. Es una empresa muy seria. Volvería a comprar. La recomiendo ampliamente.
They treated me very well, by phone and WhatsApp. I asked for information on fountain pumps and they recommended a very good one and the service was unbeatable. I had doubts about the payment but I did it by means of a transfer and the truth is that they answered me very quickly and they sent me the product the next day. It is a very serious company. I would buy again. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo el servicio vía telefónica, llevo 3 días pidiendo información de servicio o refacciones y entre ellos se pasan al cliente sin dar respuesta.
Pueden mejorar el personal, el mejoramiento es continuo y la innovación profesional también.
