R	Rodrigo De La Puente Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, vine edison desde la sierra gorda para comprar una bomba para sistema de riego, cuando les expliqué mis necesidades me recomendaron una bomba x modelo cuando la buscaron tenían 2 una con un plástico roto y la otra sonaba mal (el motor no funcionaba correctamente) les pedí que simplemente le cambiarán el plástico y me dijeron que eran una empresa muy correcta y que eso no pueden hacerlo, entonces les pregunté que cuando tendrían otra bomba igual y me dijeron que al día siguiente a primera hora estaría en la tienda, les expliqué que venía desde la sierra gorda y me dijeron que era lo que procedía, al día siguiente regreso desde la sierra y la sorpresa fue que no tenían la bomba, por supuesto que me enoje y cuando pedí hablar con el jefe de la matriz en celaya el personal hizo lo posible para que no sucediera y lo peor estaba por venir, para solucionar la situación el personal me recomendó otra bomba y que creen? Pues me dijeron que esa era la correcta que no necesitaba más (sabían todas las especificaciones) y la bomba que me vendieron no sirve para mí sistema de riego, me vieron la cara por desconocer de presiones y necesidades hidráulicas... Tengan mucho cuidado cuando compren en esta tienda... Generalmente solo atiende una persona; esto sino esta ocupado platicando, el resto de gente en ventanilla hace de todo menos atender a la gente. Seria mas fácil si pusieran precios a lo que venden asi no se tendría que preguntar por todo. En cuanto a maquinaria esta bien surtido en motores y maquinaria agrícola, estractores y demases. The customer service is bad. Generally, only one person attends; this is not busy talking, the rest of the people at the window do everything but attend to the people. It would be easier if they put prices on what they sell so you would not have to ask about everything. As for machinery is well stocked in engines and agricultural machinery, straighteners and demases.
