★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Sra de ventanilla fue grosera, y no me quería vender el libro porque no le había proporcionado el ISBN del libro, pese a que yo le daba el nombre, autor y editorial del libro que deseaba. Total que después de tanto me lo vendieron y de mala gana.
Al año siguiente regresé por el nivel consecutivo al libro de ingles que había adquirido con anterioridad. Y ya no me lo vendieron, porque alegaban tener pactos con escuelas privadas a los q exclusivamente se les vendían dichos libros y por tal motivo no estaba a la venta al público. Pese a q ya me habían vendido con anterioridad dos libros de inglés que alegaban ser exclusivos.
 Mrs. Ventanilla was rude, and she didn't want to sell me the book because I hadn't provided her with the book's ISBN, even though I gave her the name, author and publisher of the book she wanted. Total that after so much they sold it to me and reluctantly.
The following year I returned for the consecutive level to the English book that I had acquired previously. And they no longer sold it to me, because they claimed to have agreements with private schools to whom these books were exclusively sold and for that reason it was not for sale to the public. Despite the fact that they had previously sold me two English books that claimed to be exclusive.
