★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, tienen bastantes materiales en particular para el aprendizaje de nivel básico de educación. Además tienen descuentos para docentes llevando la credencial que lo acredite. Muy recomendable y aun en pandemia está a puerta cerrada.
 Excellent service, they have quite a few materials in particular for learning a basic level of education. They also have discounts for teachers carrying the credential that accredits it. Highly recommended and even in a pandemic it is behind closed doors.

Very good attention, the staff tries to dispel your doubts regarding what you are looking for. I like that they have a wide variety of manuals to get you started in many activities, crafts or do it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen ejemplos del catálogo en los anaqueles, envueltos en celofán, por lo que no puedes hojearlos. Lo que quieras comprar te lo trae de la bodega la única empleada del local.
Su sistema de facturas es viejisimo y lento. En todos lado basta tu RFC y correo, acá llenas a mano papeleta con 15 datos y tuve que esperar 20 minutos a que todo se capturara, generar factura en SAT e impresión.
Lo entendería de una microempresa, pero Trillas es una editorial con mucha presencia.

Your invoice system is very old and slow. Your RFC and mail are enough everywhere, here you fill out a ballot by hand with 15 data and I had to wait 20 minutes for everything to be captured, generate an invoice in SAT and print.
I would understand it from a micro-enterprise, but Trillas is a publisher with a lot of presence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien la atención es muy amable, pero muchos títulos son viejos y están sucios, por un costo normal por así decirlo, no dan bolsas lleva la tuya, yo fui un sábado y estaba vacío prácticamente.
The attention is very nice, but many titles are old and dirty, for a normal cost so to speak, they do not give bags, take yours, I went on a Saturday and it was practically empty.
