★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de atención es bueno, también la gran cantidad de libros, hay unos muy buenos de diseño industrial, recomiendo ir con un poco de tiempo si quieres encontrar títulos interesantes en los anaqueles.
The customer service is good, also the large number of books, there are some very good ones on industrial design, I recommend going with a little time if you want to find interesting titles on the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el lugar, tiene muchos títulos y por lo general, encuentras diversas temáticas. Lo único que podría mejorarse, es la atención al cliente. Tuve una experiencia que me dejó que desear, aunque comprendo que haya mejores días y atención por el personal. Con esto, creo que puede mejorar, pero si vas por un libro, seguramente lo tienen en esta editorial.
I like the place, it has many titles and in general, you find different themes. The only thing that could be improved is customer service. I had an experience that left me wanting, although I understand that there are better days and attention by the staff. With this, I think it can improve, but if you go for a book, surely they have it in this editorial.

Si por teléfono son una porquería para contestar no me imagino en persona .
Pongan a alguien q si haga su trabajo y q no solo descuelgue y cuelgue el teléfono
Terrible, they put a phone number that instead of answering they hang up on you
If they are a mess to answer on the phone, I can't imagine in person.
Have someone do their job and not just pick up and hang up the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logré encontrar un libro que no encontraba en toda la ciudad. Mientras que en amazon estaba en más de $700, aquí lo encontré en su precio original que es menos de $300.
La atención del personal es muy buena
Los recomiendo!
No tienen servicio a domicilio por el momento y, al menos hoy, no servía la terminal para pago con tarjeta.

I managed to find a book that I couldn't find in the whole city. While at amazon it was over $ 700, here I found it at its original price which is under $ 300.
The attention of the staff is very good
I recommend them!
