We went here for lunch and the place was deserted. Which was great as we were ready to take a break from the beach vendors and crowds. We got the guacamole to start, then the bbq fish which happened to be red snapper(a full 4lbs) and the camarones del diablo. It was more than enough for 4 people. Add several rounds of beer and for $65 US you had feet in the sand dining it what feels like 1970s puerto. They had a trampoline for the kids to play in as well. Highly recommend.

Out of the way place to enjoy the beach and excellent seafood. Recommend for people looking for a local non tourist trap place. Sunset and walks on the beach are the best after dinner of lunch

Short 30min Uber ride from the marina. Asked driver to return for pick up and he did. Tipped generous as return transportation problematic due to remoteness. Restaurant rough around the edges but great spot for drinks and seafood. Mostly locals and families laughing and having a great time by all.

I had some camarones mixtos for dinner, and a lovely view of the sunset, and the sound of the waves even after that, mixed with the view of the city lights from a distance. If you want some tasty seafood at a very competitive price, this is a great option. Credit cards are accepted. It's quite a long drive over what is currently a dirt road, so consider paying the taxi driver extra to park until you're finished. Calculate the best time to arrive in order to see the sunset. Slow down near the end to see the crocodiles on your left (south). The alcohol might not be the same quality that you are used to, as the piña colada tasted like it had no alcohol and yet the margarita was very strong with it. Only one person in our group thought the seafood may have been overcooked, so that's a small percentage. Someone else who is rather sensitive to quality really enjoyed the lobster.

Hidden Gem for locals, great food at the best price. You can bring your own drinks as far as you eat there

2 years ago. Told the taxi driver take us where the locals go to eat fresh fish...one of the best choices we made, we ended up here twice..don't go on the weekends, very busy.

The ceviche was good. The beers were good. Just make sure to ask the price, as the menu said 200 pesos but the ceviche was 350 (with the size we had totally worth it). The waiter was awesome!
