The attention in the ranks department is excellent, but the guard is very rude, the protocol for entering the facilities has nothing to do with the way he treats you !!!

3 days trying to get an answer to do a paperwork, if I could, they will just ensure that I will arrive and they will attend to me, I would, but surely as in all government offices they will tell me without an appointment there is no attention, terrible service

They make tons of mistakes with the paperwork... I'm going to go without food for 15-20 days because they misspelled my name on a check...
