★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pésima institución, termine ahí en el 2018 y es tiempo en el que no me pueden dar mi título, llama por teléfono y jamás contestan y cunado lo hacen no te apoyan en nada, y en plaza factoría el coordinador jamás resuelve nada. Servicio del asco?? no sé por qué le permiten seguir teniendo registro.
A lousy institution, I ended up there in 2018 and it is time when they cannot give me my degree, call by phone and they never answer and when they do they do not support you in anything, and in the factory square the coordinator never solves anything. Disgust service?? I don't know why they allow you to keep logging.

The face-to-face service is good but if you try to communicate by phone they never answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que en todos los campus es el mismo problema, pésima atención y solo ponen escusas para realizar cualquier tramite. En Rectoría nunca contestan.
It seems that in all the campuses it is the same problem, terrible attention and they only make excuses to carry out any procedure. In Rectory they never answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima institución para laborar, las condiciones en las que se tiene a los empleados es denigrante.
No te proporcionan las herramientas necesarias y ningún tipo de papelería, las sillas están muy deterioradas para estar sentado 50 horas a la semana ahí, los equipos de cómputo están en pésimas condiciones.
Exceden las horas de trabajo de acuerdo a la ley, los salarios son muy bajos, no hay crecimiento ni aumento aunque dure ahí 5 o 10 años, no respetan la ley federal de trabajo, tienen muchas demandas en conciliación y arbitraje debido a que te dejan esperando dos años por tu finiquito y carta de recomendación, aparte cuando ingresas te hacen firmar hojas en blanco.
El personal es grosero y no está capacitado.
Terrible institution to work, the conditions in which employees are kept is degrading.
They do not provide you with the necessary tools and any type of stationery, the chairs are very deteriorated to sit there for 50 hours a week, the computer equipment is in terrible condition.
They exceed the working hours according to the law, the wages are very low, there is no growth or increase even if it lasts there for 5 or 10 years, they do not respect the federal labor law, they have many demands in conciliation and arbitration because they leave you waiting two years for your settlement and letter of recommendation, apart when you enter they make you sign blank sheets.
The staff is rude and untrained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala institución para laborar, no hay retribución al empleado, no hay crecimiento y los salarios son bajos, hay descuentos de nómina por todo, las instalaciones están en pésimas condiciones, pobres de los empleados al aguantar el mal estado del área de trabajo.
Las jornadas laborales son extensas y no van de acuerdo a la ley Federal del trabajo, tardan mucho en entregar los finiquitos y constancias laborales, aparte de hacerte firmar renuncia y hojas en blanco desde la contratación.
Bad institution to work, there is no employee compensation, there is no growth and wages are low, there are payroll deductions for everything, the facilities are in terrible conditions, poor employees endure the poor condition of the work area.
The working hours are long and do not go according to the Federal labor law, they take a long time to deliver the settlements and work certificates, apart from making you sign resignation and blank sheets from the hiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en atención administrativa… NUNCA contestan y cuando lo hacen te ponen demasiadas trabas. Cuando ya no encuentran más salidas solo te dicen le “vamos a mandar correo cuando su tramite esté listo ”, el cual JAMÁS recibes ?
Pd. Tengo 5 meses esperando una Carta Pasante
Terrible service in administrative attention... they NEVER answer and when they do they put too many obstacles on you. When they no longer find any more outlets, they only tell you "we will send mail when your process is ready", which you NEVER receive ?
P.S. I have 5 months waiting for a Letter Intern
