★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EF Mexico, me pareció un pésimo servicio, solamente quieren amarrar la venta y después dejarte de buscar, de llenarte de datos, tu los tienes que buscar para todo, ellos se desaparecen el día siguiente que firmas
Te venden una cosa, totalmente diferente a l realidad, te cambian las cosas muchas veces, cero organización con sus vendedores, no tienen filtros para vender la verdad.
EF Victoria Island, super buena gente todo el Staff, te facilitan todo como estudiante, no te mienten como los de México, están al pendiente de ti en todo momento, te dicen la verdad de todo el programa, el Staff, el director todo impresionantemente bien manejado!!
EF Mexico, I thought it was a terrible service, they just want to tie up the sale and then stop looking for you, filling you with data, you have to search for everything, they disappear the next day you sign
They sell you one thing, totally different from reality, they change things many times, zero organization with their sellers, they do not have filters to sell the truth.
EF Victoria Island, super good people all the Staff, they facilitate everything to you as a student, they do not lie to you like those of Mexico, they are attentive to you at all times, they tell you the truth of the whole program, the Staff, the director all impressively well handled !!

El Staff de EF Satélite es muy cordial y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Ellos te preparan todo lo que necesitas para tu viaje, tu solo tienes que hacer tu maleta!
Thanks to EF Satellite I was able to fulfill the dream of living and studying in an American campus in EF Washington DC, I made friends from more than 70 countries and I would definitely repeat the experience. The Staff of EF Satélite is very cordial and helps you in everything you need. They prepare everything you need for your trip, you just have to make your suitcase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las oficinas están súper bonitas, yo tenía muchas opciones y mis papás eligieron EF por el servicio, por el staff les encanto como los trataron. Así decidí por EF. E viajado con EF 3 veces y voy por la 4ta vez este final de verano. Creo que nunca me cansaría, se lo que me espera en las escuelas se que todo será bueno será maravilloso volver a hacer amigos de eso no me canso. Todas las escuelas están conectadas, tu host family siempre desde la escuela. Sin batallar, todo directo.
The offices are super nice, I had many options and my parents chose EF for the service, they loved the staff as they treated them. So I decided on EF. I traveled with EF 3 times and I go for the 4th time this end of summer. I think I would never get tired, I know what awaits me in schools, I know that everything will be good, it will be wonderful to make friends again, I don't get tired of it. All schools are connected, your host family always from school. Without battle, all direct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi viaje es en 2 meses más, desde el inicio el servicio ha sido extraordinario, la ejecutiva que me atiende es muy paciente y servicial. Además que me ayudó a elegir el mejor destino y curso para mis necesidades. las clases de inglés sabatinas son bastante retadoras y te adentra poco a poco a la experiencia que enfrentarás.
My trip is in 2 more months, since the beginning the service has been extraordinary, the executive that attends me is very patient and helpful. Also, it helped me choose the best destination and course for my needs. Saturday English classes are quite challenging and you enter little by little the experience you will face.

No brindan buena atención
Le doy una estrella porque es lo mínimo que se puede
Sí de verdad tienen ganas de estudiar en el extranjero, busquen otra escuela que si les brinde el servicio que se merecen.
Fue una atención espantosa, después de que te inscribes, a ellos ya no les importas y para lo único que me hablaban era para seguir vendiéndome más cosas.
Y al querer ver y arreglar las cosas de una buena manera, se ponen en un plan de ignorarte aún más.
Cuando ya no pude más, no me quedo otra más que cancelarlo y tampoco he recibido respuestas por parte de la escuela y además no me van a devolver un solo peso, a pesar de que el motivo de que yo cancelará el curso fue por su pésimo servicio.
En conclusión, es una empresa que no tiene nada de profesionalismo, ya que no sabes si te van a brindar un buen servicio o sufrirás lo mismo que yo.

It was a terrible attention, after you sign up, they do not care anymore and for the only thing they talked to me was to keep selling me more things.
And when you want to see and fix things in a good way, you put yourself in a plan to ignore yourself even more.
When I could not take it anymore, I did not have any more to cancel it and I have not received any answers from the school and they will not return a single peso, even though the reason that I canceled the course was because of its terrible service.
In conclusion, it is a company that has nothing of professionalism, since you do not know if you are going to provide a good service or you will suffer the same as me.
