★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio muy amables e insistentes en la adquisición del servicio, pero después, completo abandono. Capturaron mal un dato del viaje en fecha y es la hora en la que no me han solucionado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a aclarar dudas y la recepcionista primero no me dejó entrar, después se burló de mí en mi cara y me cerró la puerta en la misma. ¿Imagínense cómo será el servicio al cliente en sus viajes si así tratan a los de aquí? HORRIBLE.
Terrible service, I went to clarify doubts and the receptionist first did not let me in, then she made fun of me in my face and closed the door on me. Imagine what customer service will be like on your trips if they treat those here like this? HORRIBLE.

Tienen una excelente atención, personal amable y unas oficinas con buen ambiente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia con EF México. Expliqué mi necesidad de que un curso enfocado a inglés de negocios y eso me vendieron, vaya sorpresa que en no fue así en absoluto. Además pagué extra por un alojamiento Ejecutivo y fue todo lo contrario, sí buena ubicación del depto pero en condiciones precarias. Decepción del staff EF México que cuando estaban vendiendo sí mucho seguimiento pero una vez que estaba en Canadá se desaparecieron.
Bad experience with EF Mexico. I explained my need for a course focused on business English and that was sold to me, what a surprise that it was not like that at all. In addition, I paid extra for Executive accommodation and it was the opposite, yes, the apartment was in a good location but in precarious conditions. Disappointment of the EF Mexico staff that when they were selling a lot of follow-up but once it was in Canada they disappeared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en la oficina fue muy buena. Me explicaron muy bien todo el proceso de contratación y todas las facilidades de pago, incluso me brindaron tres cotizaciones para destinos diferentes, por lo que me tuvieron muchísima paciencia.
Lo único que fue un poco inesperado es que me cambiaron a mi asesora sin avisar y me enteré de esto hasta que me puse en contacto al numero que tenia y contesto otra persona, pero el nuevo asesor fue igual de bueno y me ha resuelto muchas dudas a todo lo largo del proceso.
The attention in the office was very good. They explained the entire hiring process and all the payment facilities very well, they even gave me three quotes for different destinations, so they were very patient with me.
The only thing that was a little unexpected is that they changed my advisor without warning and I found out about this until I contacted the number I had and another person answered, but the new advisor was just as good and has solved many doubts. throughout the process.
