Effectively it looks very bad ... they are informal .... delayed and DO NOT GIVE THEIR FACE ... NEVER ANSWER THE TEL ..... NOR DO THEY ATTEND COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR BAD SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efectivale tiene un pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Tienen fallas en la plataforma y no te dan solución a las fallas. Lo peor de todo, todo el personal que te atiende, tiene un trato muy grosero y Héctor Solis "supuesto gerente de la compañía" no puede hacer nada por dar una solución. Si el gerente no da solución, menos la gente de abajo.
Efectivale has a terrible service. I do not recommend it at all. They have flaws in the platform and they don't give you a solution to the flaws. Worst of all, all the staff who take care of you, have a very rude treatment and Héctor Solis "supposed manager of the company" cannot do anything to provide a solution. If the manager does not provide a solution, least of all the people below.

Cash is very bad ... they are informal .... DON'T GIVE THEIR FACE ... NEVER ANSWER THE TEL ..... NOR DO THEY ATTEND COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR BAD SERVICE, less they solve problems with their cards, a great waste of time and money.
