No tuvieron mi pedido a tiempo incluso cuando les di 3 días más. Llego, y me entregan las tazas súper mal sublimadas y una playera con errores a pesar de tener el archivo. Me hacen regresar para entregarme de nuevo tazas chuecas, con errores de impresión por haber corrido la tinta y la playera no en el formato que se había acordado.
No los contraten si buscan calidad y puntualidad y buen trato en el servicio.
Y si lo llegan a hacer estén súper encima revisando sus pedidos y pidiendo fotos antes de ir a recoger los productos.
Appalling. They did not meet delivery times or quality in product and service.
They didn't have my order on time even when I gave them 3 more days. I arrive, and they give me the super badly sublimated mugs and a shirt with errors despite having the file. They make me return to give me crooked cups again, with printing errors due to the ink running and the shirt not in the format that had been agreed.
Do not hire them if you are looking for quality and punctuality and good treatment in the service.
And if they do, be super on top reviewing their orders and asking for photos before going to pick up the products.

Aunque los tiempos de entrega pueden variar un poco de acuerdo a la carga de trabajo que tengan,en general quedé muy contenta con los trabajos que me han realizado y sin duda seguiré mandando a imprimir mis archivos ahí
