★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase el día de hoy al rededor de medio día para ver si podían checar mi calentador de paso, me dijeron que no habia problema y que lo mas seguro es que lo harían en la tarde, pero que el técnico se comunicaría conmigo en media hora para confirmar del horario, después de esa hora me puse en contacto con la oficina y me dijeron que el tiempo de res´puesta ante reportes es de 24 horas , que ellos me llamarían. No pretendo imponer mis tiempos a nadie, pero si me hubieran dicho esto desde un principio hubiera buscado a alguien mas para que hiciera la reparación .......... no se si sean buenos o malos en lo que hacen ,,,pero desde ahí estamos empezando mal,
I spent today around noon to see if they could check my step heater, they told me that there was no problem and that they would most likely do it in the afternoon, but that the technician would contact me in half an hour to confirm the schedule, after that time I contacted the office and they told me that the response time to reports is 24 hours, that they would call me. I do not intend to impose my times on anyone, but if they had told me this from the beginning I would have looked for someone else to do the repair .......... I do not know if they are good or bad at what they do ,, , but from there we are starting badly,

Para ser tienda de marcas industriales, no tienen casi nada
