Yo estaba en proceso de intercambio con ellos, cambie varias veces de destino ya que debido a la pandemia, evidentemente me pasó que me quede sin trabajo, hubo un contagio en mi familia, etc. Egali no otorga apoyó con respecto a la pandemia, cosa que otros programas de intercambio si hacen.
Al final quise cancelar con ellos y me quedó claro que de los $13,000 que yo había pagado, solo me devolverian $4000 porque cambié varias veces de destino (repito: NINGÚN APOYO). El problema esta en que acepté en su momento la cantidad que se me devolvería, firme su dichoso formato de cancelación y luego de hacer esperar casi un mes, me enviaron un correo diciendome que no podía hacer la cancelación porque no habia enviado formato y tenía que volver a empezar de cero.
Actualmente estoy consultando con mi abogado, porque viendo la situación ellos esperaran que por el momento siga pagando las mensualidades, y si no las pagas las cobran de la "devolución". Al final serán unos $500 de $13,000.

I was in the process of exchanging with them, I changed destinations several times since, due to the pandemic, it obviously happened to me that I lost my job, there was a contagion in my family, etc. Egali does not provide support regarding the pandemic, which other exchange programs do.
In the end I wanted to cancel with them and it became clear to me that of the $13,000 I had paid, they would only refund me $4,000 because I changed destinations several times (I repeat: NO SUPPORT). The problem is that I accepted the amount that would be returned to me at the time, I signed their happy cancellation form and after waiting almost a month, they sent me an email telling me that I could not make the cancellation because I had not sent the form and I had to start over from scratch.
I am currently consulting with my lawyer, because seeing the situation they will expect me to continue paying the monthly payments for the time being, and if you don't pay them they charge them from the "refund". In the end it will be about $500 of $13,000.
