In the end I wanted to cancel with them and it became clear to me that of the $13,000 I had paid, they would only refund me $4,000 because I changed destinations several times (I repeat: NO SUPPORT). The problem is that I accepted the amount that would be returned to me at the time, I signed their happy cancellation form and after waiting almost a month, they sent me an email telling me that I could not make the cancellation because I had not sent the form and I had to start over from scratch. I am currently consulting with my lawyer, because seeing the situation they will expect me to continue paying the monthly payments for the time being, and if you don't pay them they charge them from the "refund". In the end it will be about $500 of $13,000. CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTION TO TRAVEL!!!!!

AWESOME ATTENTION. I have already paid for the service and now that my course starts on February 28 in Montreal at Greystone College, no one gives me an answer about my Visa. When it came to charging, they did follow up on me, but now I've even had to miss my flight and they don't give me an answer. I call everywhere and no one can give me a clear answer, I ask them to give me the contact of the manager or director and they deny me. I've been battling for a month to get a response and your page "The student's area" takes weeks to respond. Even though they promise a response in 24hrs. All of this is disappointing. All contacts avoid talking to me and giving me answers. I don't know how in less than a week they will solve my visa issue if they haven't even taken on the task of reviewing and telling me if the documents I have sent are correct, because I still have to take care of their translation. The accompaniments are disappointing and their poor attention suggests that this is a SCAM. The people Lina Balcero (Colombia), Ahlin Rizo and Mariana (Mexico City) do not answer my calls and do not even provide me with a contact to provide a solution.

I have traveled many times with various agencies. Undoubtedly the pandemic has changed travel plans, it was a bit stressful at the beginning that the embassy did not give us a visa response but Egali changed my date without charging me. At first I thought that I would not be able to travel and I was not happy with the alternatives. Today I am packing my bags to travel this weekend to Canada. My cousin did her process before with another agency and I see that she was charged for the changes and still does not travel.
