★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La reparación de mi vehículo quedo bien y hasta el momento no a vuelto a presentar la falla en ese aspecto estoy satisfecho.
Sin embargo creo que falta mejorar mucho la atención al cliente, deberia de ser mas calida y amable, tambien falta mejorar el aspecto de las instalaciones se ve muy descuidado y desordenado. En mi opinión creo que el costo de $1200 solo por el diagnóstico (que es mas de lo que en algunas agencias cobran) deberia incluir todo lo mencionado independientemente de la zona.
The repair of my vehicle was fine and so far I have not returned the fault in that aspect I am satisfied.
However, I believe that customer service needs to be improved a lot, it should be more warm and friendly, it also needs to improve the appearance of the facilities, it looks very neglected and untidy. In my opinion I think that the cost of $ 1200 just for the diagnosis (which is more than what some agencies charge) should include everything mentioned regardless of the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenos reparando pero la atención que tienen con el cliente es pésima, si llegas a marcar para que te den información sobre tu carro hasta parece que se enojan pero aun así son muy buenos
