★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ahorita 45 canales se ven mal (se pixelean, se congela la imagen, el audio se distorsiona) 8 canales de plano no se ven, los canales de EII se ve en 3 canales (antes se veía en 4), RCG en 2 (uno normal y otro diferido, Imagen en 2, Milenio en 2, conclusión: PÉSIMO SERVICIO. (espero que mejoren porque si no, pues a buscar otra opción)
Terrible service, right now 45 channels look bad (they pixelate, the image freezes, the audio is distorted) 8 flat channels are not seen, the EII channels are seen in 3 channels (before it was seen in 4), RCG in 2 (one normal and one deferred, Image in 2, Millennium in 2, conclusion: AWFUL SERVICE. (I hope they improve because if not, then we'll look for another option)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para hacer un reporte nunca contestan. En este momento están fallando casi 30 canales, es decir, una cuarta parte de su programación!!!
Además hay 4 canales repetidos. Así que sus mas de 100 canales que ofrecen no lo cumplen. Creo que ni sus empleados tienen este sistema de cable pues no se dan cuenta de sus fallas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Nunca contestan el telefono. No avisan que su pobre sistema de pago no funciona y cuando vas a pagar te quieren cobrar adeudo cuando ni si quiera avisan que no funciona. Llevo 3 días esperando la re conexión y por su puesto que van a querer cobrar mes completo.
De los 30 días del mes el servicio funciona la mitad.
Lástima que no llega otro internet porque Eii ya me tiene asqueada.
Terrible service. They never answer the phone. They do not notify you that their poor payment system does not work and when you go to pay they want to charge you a debt when they do not even notify you that it does not work. I have been waiting for the reconnection for 3 days and of course they are going to want to charge for a full month.
Of the 30 days of the month the service works half.
Too bad no other internet arrives because Eii already has me disgusted.
