Sí, me rebajan la mitad pero no es la calidad de servicio que uno espera porque solamente puedo trabajar hasta esa hora y si no termino, pues me tengo qué esperar hasta el día siguiente. Demasiado malo para ser de los servicios de internet mas caros de la ciudad. I have more than 15 days trying to communicate with their service numbers, FB page, web page. And nowhere do they respond. Tengo contratado 20mb y solo esos días me dan 2mb si bien me va o de plano es nulo el servicio no es la primera vez ya le agarraron maña no sé vale siempre e estado al corriente con los pagos y no está bien que nos den el servicio así porque no soy el único ya que me diesen que es falla general tantas colonias ya le hallaron con esa falla en los fines de semana. ??☹️ They never have internet service on weekends and cannot be reported on those days since those who answer the phones do not work on those days. Voy directamente a oficina y dicen ahí no puedo hacer nada. Solo vía telefónica para obtener un código de reporte pero nadie contesta. Terrible service.
