Les gusta estar pendientes a sus habitantes de todo lo que sucede en las demás familias en esta comunidad, esto puede tener sus partes buenas y malas. Y como es una comunidad católica muy religiosa, se exigen pagos obligatorios para realizar sus fiestas de pueblo, aunque no profeses esa religión, en caso de no pagar, la comunidad te corta tu acceso al agua y te puede comenzar a excluir. Y la parte buena, en este lugar, construir vivienda es bastante accesible comparado con el resto de la ciudad, tanto en terrenos como para levantar la casa, es bastante barato, entonces se puede tener un casa grande con un buen jardín por el precio de un departamento pequeño de una zona más céntrica.
