LOVELY SERVICE, TODAY I CALLED TO ASK IF THE OFFICE WAS ATTENDING THE PUBLIC AND A WOMAN ANSWERED ME AND SAYS: a second please ... I HAD MORE THAN 20 MINUTES ON THE LINE AND I HAD TO HANG UP AND THEN I TRIED TO CALL AND NEVER ANSWERED. THE HEAD OR SUPERVISOR MUST TAKE ACTION WITH THE EMPLOYEES.
I CALLED AT 11:46 AND EVEN AT 12:30 THEY KEPT WITH THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!
