Nice houses, well located Fair price

Very nice houses! Good size, there are three and four bedrooms and three full baths. The one with three extremely livable bedrooms for a family of five. The place that surrounds it is cultivated land and soon (by 2023) another development (there are already 3 of 80 houses) of about 200 more. Everything is very close by car (the center of San Juan 15 minutes, Liverpool and Plaza San Juan del Río 10 minutes), but do not intend to go out for a walk (very alone) or to buy because the nearest store is about 15-20 minutes walking. The developments and excellent houses. Too bad that the condominium owners leave their cars in the condominium roll and not in their parking space (each house has 2, so it is not explicable except for laziness, they put them out of there ) Let's hope they react and so the kloster looks beautiful. Provincial environment in the west and center of San Juan; industrial, very urban and overcrowded in the east. Thanks for the attention of Alejandra Lopez. Excellent. I am already determined to buy.

Great to live, quiet area. Forget the floods. Friendly neighborhood. Cons: No stocked stores with good variety. The oxo is removed. If you don't have a car, you're going to struggle with the road trucks.

The houses are beautiful, the design is elegant and the price is incredibly affordable. The area is probably the best in the municipality and is by far the best development in Querétaro. I went to visit them and they serve you wonderfully and with great professionalism.
