La ubicación es malísima. Los coches chocan en la entrada, debido a la falla geológica donde se ubica el taller. El personal no ayuda a mover los vehículos. Nunca contestan el teléfono, o está descolgado, en reparación, o fuera de servicio por falta de pago. La secretaria no atiende el celular. Tardan meses en conseguir una refacción, y luego meses en hacer la reparación o cambio. El taller está permanentemente desordenado y las instalaciones no son seguras. Por si fuera poco, está en una de las colonias más conflictivas e inseguras de la ciudad. También te envían a otros "talleres", en otras colonias igualmente inseguras, que son una basura. No hacen los trabajos completos y se roban piezas. Y encima cobran como si fuera agencia de Rolls-Royce en Dubai.
Le doy una estrella porque no hay opción de calaveras ???????
OJO: A la compañía Zurich, de seguros, le encanta remitir usuarios a ese lugar. Si te mandan ahí, niégate y exige otro taller que sea seguro y serio.

THE WORST SERVICE.
The location is lousy. Cars collide at the entrance, due to the geological fault where the workshop is located. The staff does not help move the vehicles. They never answer the phone, or it's off the hook, under repair, or out of service for non-payment. The secretary does not answer the cell phone. It takes months to get a part, and then months to make the repair or replacement. The workshop is permanently untidy and the premises are not secure. As if that were not enough, it is in one of the most conflictive and insecure neighborhoods in the city. They also send you to other "workshops", in other equally unsafe neighborhoods, which are rubbish. They do not do the complete jobs and pieces are stolen. And on top of that they charge as if it were a Rolls-Royce agency in Dubai.
I give it a star because there is no option of skulls ???????
NOTE: The Zurich insurance company loves to refer users to that place. If they send you there, refuse and demand another workshop that is safe and serious.
