 Bad service, they take a long time to deliver your order, they give you a dresser that is already expired, they don't give you what you ask for, they don't have hygiene.

Pero lentisimo se tardaron 50 min. En 3 quesadillas un sope y un huarache.
Además error en el pedido de las quesadillas venían de otro guiso.

"No le podemos tomar su orden, venga directo al local"
les hice un pedido, me tarde 15 minutos en llegar y no habían hecho nada me espere todavía 30 minutos más en el lugar esperando unas enfrijoladas.
Y ni estaba el local a reventar como para pensar que estaban saturados
If you are not going to have control with what is asked of you by phone, better say
"We can't take your order, come straight to the store"
I made an order, it took me 15 minutes to arrive and they hadn't done anything. I waited another 30 minutes in the place waiting for some enfrijoladas.
And the place was not even bursting to think that they were saturated
