★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend all my friends that hit up Tulum's beach area to El Aleph. Great drinks and attentive bartenders (when it's not super busy). The decor of the bar is really dope too and not tacky like the other bars around the area! It's also not a tourist trap so you'll find a mixed crowd of locals and expats. If you're getting a drink, I'd recommend getting the Nice for something refreshing. For dinner, I'd recommend the tabbouleh and lamb burger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s this one Egyptian looking guy there most of the time, but when you talk to him it sounds like he has a New Jersey accent. The design feels very speakeasy. My little break from the sameness of Tulum. Ask about the secret cocktail. Just don’t talk about it publicly. You’re welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand perfectly why people come to this place, good drinks, music from another world that makes you dance and enjoy a place that mixes the best of New York with Tulum, my friends and I had dinner, top signature cocktails and danced all night long!! definitely worth it
