Regreso para la aclaracion tan simple como en la misma maquina de la tarjeta hacer la devolucion y listo y me encuentro con la gerente totalmente despreocupada que es mi problema y que yo vaya al banco a solucionarlo!!! De servicio al cliente CERO!
By accident the cashier charged me twice. I return for the clarification as simple as in the same machine of the card to make the return and that's it and I meet the totally unconcerned manager that is my problem and that I go to the bank to solve it !!! ZERO customer service!
