★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ese dia llegamos a Tepoz sin reservación en ningún hotel y en el amate fueron super amables, la habitación es súper cómoda tiene agua caliente y TV asi como una mesita, la entrada es para poder dejar tu coche y la salida es 2pm muchas gracias por su apoyo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato y servicio fueron buenos. Lo único que pediría es que cambien de sábanas porque las que me tocaron estaban algo percudidas y la cortina que tienen para cubrir la ventana de acceso es muy corta de altura.
The treatment and service were good. The only thing I would ask is that they change the sheets because the ones that touched me were somewhat damaged and the curtain they have to cover the access window is very short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que la relación costo servicio no es la mejor, el hotel esta limpio, las habitaciones no son tan reducidas, sin embargo las amenidades son sumamente básicas, que para un hotel de casi $1,000 la noche siento que queda a deber un poquito ya que no hay espacios para poner la ropa, la tv es miniatura y colocada casi pegada al techo y en linea recta, el baño es muy sencillo en todo sentido, no hay aire acondicionado solo ventilador, como único mobiliario hay solamente una pequeña mesa con 2 sillas... en cuanto al hotel en general, no hay restaurante ni cafetería, ni cuenta con alberca ni nada adicional, solo un pequeño estacionamiento. Por fortuna aceptan pago con tarjeta (con cargo adicional del 6%) o transferencia bancaria.

Lo único malo pero está fuera del control de la administración es que los vecinos tienen perros y durante la noche ladran ( estuve tres noches y solo dieron lata una )
