La cafetera no calentaba, se prendia el foco del botón de encendido, pero no preparaba café, la lleve a reparar y tardaron 4 dias, al cuarto día (ni siquiera la habían revisado) me dijeron que tenían que cambiarle el boton de encendido, cuando le dije a la señora que el problema no era ese sino que no calentaba, conecto la cafetera y me mostró que el la luz del botón "no prendia" cuando le hice notar que la luz del apagador si prendia, y que ese no era el problema, dijo que era el reflejo de la luz del sol, que no estaba prendido, al final ni la repararon y solo se hicieron weyes 4 días. Al final la lleve a otro lado y resultó que había que destapar las mangueras, nada que ver con lo que decía la señora, (obviamente) -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda y última vez que llevo un aparato a reparar. Hasta 5 veces llevar el mismo aparato. Simplemente no sirven sus reparaciones. A los pocos días vuelven a fallar de lo mismo o de cosas nuevas. Y te quieren cobrar de nuevo la reparación. Además en cada vuelta te cuestionan que tú lo descompusiste de nuevo, cuando son unos chambones. Muy mal.
Second and last time I have a device repaired. Wear the same device up to 5 times. Your repairs just don't work. After a few days they fail again with the same or new things. And they want to charge you again for the repair. Also in each turn they question you that you decomposed it again, when they are bullies. Very bad.
