Extremely bad. Do not book this agency. We booked the tour to Monte Alban and asked in prior if we could take our dog. They assured us it was fine and that if the dog would not enter, they would take great care of him. Our tour started at 7:30am and they picked us up 45min late. We were alone in the transportation to the ruins. When we arrived they made us change bus, and told us that when we enter we should not say we are part of the group as there is restriction to 10 person maximum, we were 10 + us 2 and the dog. Once we tried to enter the ruins, our dog was no allowed, we came back to the bus to leave him with the chauffeur and the problems started. The driver told us he would not take care of him but that we could leave him in the trunk in a bag ( we have a small dog ). The bus was right in the sun. After a few disagreement and some disrespectful comment to my wife, we decided to stop the tour. Thankfully we got reimbursed but due to a lack of communication in prior, disrespectful comment during the service and poor organization, we lost 5 hours of our holiday and missed Monte Alban. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Do NOT book any tour with this agency!!!! They have a lady selling tours on the tourist street (Andador turistico) and she told me 300 peso per person for tour of mitla. We paid 600 peso to her and she was charging with a very simple card reader. here comes the controversial part. She did not give us signing ticket. She made a excuse like the reader is simple and does not have function to print.... when I receive the credit card statement from my bank, She actually over charged as 693 pesos instead of 600 pesos as agreed. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR SIGNING TICKET IF YOU PAY VIA CREDIT CARD. Secondly, I was staying in Fiesta Inn Oaxaca, and was told the van will come pick me up the next day for the tour of Mitla at 8:45 AM. We were waiting since 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM. Along the wait the time, we only see vans from other tour agency and I EVEN checked with hotel front desk if there was any van arriving before 8:30AM. Front desk told me there was not. I tried calling 2 numbers shown on voucher several times, it went to voice mail right away. at the end, the hotel personnel told us it could be a scam and it had happened before. PLEASE DON'T RUIN YOUR VACATION BY PURCHASING ANY TOUR WITH THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Total waste of time - book elsewhere! We booked a Mezcal tour in English a few days in advance, then showed up to find only Spanish guides were on the bus. Worst part is, if I hadn't have asked before the bus set off, they'd have said nothing and driven us out into the middle of nowhere with no guide we could understand. The staff seem very disorganised and also gave us conflicting information about what guides were available, and what time the tours start. There are TONS of other tour companies in Oaxaca, so please go book somewhere else.

They give pricey tours and I'm not a fan of city tours in second level busses because everything you see is fast. Took the Show de Guelaguetza (500 pesos), first was a trip to one of the city Barrios the to the Guelaguetza Stadium and then to this closed event site with various stands selling different crafts with their own explanations from tapestry, mezcal, alebrijes, coffee, etc. (selling overpriced items if compared to other places). The thing that saved this tour was the show it wasn't anything out of this world but it was the best about the tour, beautiful dancing of different cultures. They served some food half show.

The Mezcal-Tour with the Barrilbus is simply amazing! Great driver and guide, really caring for the customers and teaching a lot about oaxaca, traditions and mezcal. Lots of time at every stop! Even though the tour was in Spanish the guide and every one we visited also translated it in english.

The tour was nice, as well as the staff. My son and I did this and it's a bit long if going with kids. Mine was hot, complaining and a bit bored. Other kids were throwing tantrums as well. Just be mindful if you plan on taking kids along.
