★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta de sus pastes es deliciosa, nada que ver con todos los pastes que he probado. La vdd no era fan de los pastes por que se me hacían muy grasosos, pero estos en su masa se puede sentir la mantequilla y no están para nada grasosos, los pastes dulces no están empalagosos y se puede disfrutar. Los guisados de los salados están muy ricos. Debemos apoyar a negocios así, que dan cosas de calidad y su precio lo vale totalmente. Vayan y compruébenlo ustedes la Sra cecy es muy amable.
The pasta of their pastes is delicious, nothing to do with all the pastes I have tried. The vdd was not a fan of pastes because they made me very greasy, but in their dough you can feel the butter and are not greasy at all, the sweet pastries are not cloying and can be enjoyed. The savory stews are very rich. We must support businesses like this, which provide quality things and their price is totally worth it. Go and check it yourselves Mrs. Cecy is very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes pastes!! Recomendables los salados (de diferentes guisos) los dulces no están tan mal. Recomiendo ir lo más temprano que se pueda por que se acaban!!!. Perfecta opción gastronómica!!! Y al alcance de todo tipo de bolsillo!!!
Excellent pastes !! The salty ones (from different stews) are recommended, the sweets are not so bad. I recommend going as early as possible because they are over !!! Perfect gastronomic option !!! And within the reach of all types of pocket!

Son agradables los lugares que nos pueden dar a probar gastronomía de diferentes regiones en nuestra ciudad y éste sin duda es uno de ellos y al parecer único en Aguascalientes.
Hay una gran diferencia entre las empanadas convencionales y los pastes de Hidalgo, que aunque parecen iguales, se preparan y saben diferentes, en lo personal me gustaron, y en cuanto a precio no es ni muy barato (comparándolo con una empanada) pero ni muy caro para nada, creo que el producto está a un precio totalmente justo.
La persona que atiende explica muy bien, el lugar es chico y la ornamentación y mobiliario es austera, un tanto "hippie", pero divertida y a gusto, también se puede pedir para llevar o a domicilio.
Los pastes de Hidalgo resultaron ser agradables y éste lugar es recomendable para probarlos.
Unassuming but interesting and very well attended place to taste.
The places that can give us to try gastronomy from different regions in our city are pleasant and this is undoubtedly one of them and apparently unique in Aguascalientes.
There is a big difference between conventional empanadas and Hidalgo pastes, which although they look the same, they are prepared and taste different, personally I liked them, and in terms of price it is not very cheap (comparing it with an empanada) but not very expensive for nothing, I think the product is at a totally fair price.
The person who attends explains very well, the place is small and the ornamentation and furniture is austere, somewhat "hippie", but fun and comfortable, you can also order to take away or at home.
The Hidalgo pastes turned out to be nice and this place is recommended to try them.
