I had a pair of jeans washed and to begin with they gave me a note on a page with no folio or anything formal. They didn't wash the pants, they just ironed it.

También echaron a perder uno de los abrigos ya que lo entregaron sucio y arrugado. El traje lo entregaron arrugado y la camisa sin planchar. Pésima atención muy poco profesionales los trabajadores de este lugar. El servicio express NO existe. Obviamente no se hacen responsables de nada. OJO este lugar es una estafa The payment is only in cash and they do not deliver a ticket, but a handmade note. The two coats I took to clean were delivered wet.
