★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informalidad en el servicio. Solicité tres servicios a la empresa y decidieron sólo mandarme instrumentos para realizar dos de ellos. Para el tercer servicio, me tuvieron esperando más de tres horas y siguieron dando largas, porque nunca lo habían contemplado. Al final cancelé y no les importó que dejaran su servicio incompleto y a un cliente insatisfecho.
Informality in the service. I requested three services from the company and they decided to only send me instruments to perform two of them. For the third service, they kept me waiting for more than three hours and they continued to wait, because they had never contemplated it. In the end I canceled and they didn't care that they left their service incomplete and a dissatisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio y Seriedad!, se contrató a estas personas para lavar las alfombras de la oficina y se presentaron dos sujetos con una máquina pequeña y dos cubetas, pidieron el 50% de anticipo para poder empezar, uno de ellos se fué a los 10 minutos de haber empezado el trabajo y, la otra persona que se quedó lavando las alfombras me comentó que no se iba a poder pisar durante las próximas 2 horas, lo cual esperé en otra área mientras él trabajaba y después de media hora aproximado fuí a ver el avance y el sujeto ya se había retirado con su pequeña aspiradora dejando sus cubetas, también se llevó unos audífonos de un escritorio y al reclamar me dijeron que no había contratado ningún servicio con ellos y, en su local no hay nadie.
Terrible Service and Seriousness! These people were hired to wash the office carpets and two subjects showed up with a small machine and two buckets, they asked for a 50% advance to start, one of them left after 10 minutes After starting work and, the other person who was left washing the carpets told me that he would not be able to step on it for the next 2 hours, which I waited in another area while he worked and after about half an hour I went to see the advance and the subject had already left with his small vacuum cleaner leaving his buckets, he also took some headphones from a desk and when he complained they told me that he had not contracted any service with them and, in his place there is no one.
