The meal is served in courses - first is the salad bar with a few options, followed by two soup options, two entree options and two small dessert options. For each, one option was vegan and the other had dairy. A papaya flavoured beverage was also served. Servings were sufficiently generous.
The dining area is modest, but the two of us ate for $130.
