Puntos a destacar: la total atención al cliente de parte del dueño, la calidez con la que se atiende y la atención a pequeños detalles en el servicio.
La comida con altibajos, al menos en el menú del día: la pasta sobrecocida tanto en la sopa como en la pasta seca, pero el plato fuerte, sobresaliente, con mucho sabor, la pechuga bien cocida y tierna, la salsa de cilantro que la acompañaba, bien sazonada; la ensalada, simple pero adecuada; el agua, fresca y riquísima.
Lo recomendaría sin pensarlo mucho. En Jonacatepec, definitivamente destaca por salir de lo normal
The place, simple, zero pretentious and fully accessible. The cost, we would say, fair: adequate for the portions and quality of the food.
Highlights: total customer service from the owner, the warmth with which it is served and attention to small details in the service.
The food with ups and downs, at least on the menu of the day: the pasta overcooked both in the soup and in the dry pasta, but the main course, outstanding, with a lot of flavor, the well cooked and tender breast, the coriander sauce that the accompanied, well seasoned; the salad, simple but adequate; the water, fresh and delicious.
I would recommend it without much thought. In Jonacatepec, it definitely stands out for going out of the ordinary
