Es un buen lugar para charlar y pasar el rato por la noche, aunque el espacio es reducido normalmente la temperatura es un poco más baja que el exterior. Decidí no ponerle cinco estrellas debido a que la atención por parte de los meseros mayores (quienes al parecer son los dueños) dejó mucho que desear y al parecer existe un "código de vestimenta" que no se menciona en ninguna parte del menú, del local o en ninguna otra parte. The waiting time is moderately high, but it is worth it because the food is quite rich. It is a good place to chat and hang out at night, although the space is usually reduced, the temperature is a little lower than the outside. I decided not to put five stars because the attention from the older waiters (who apparently are the owners) left much to be desired and apparently there is a "dress code" that is not mentioned anywhere in the menu, the local or anywhere else.

Los precios son súper accesibles y la comida está bien, el café fue demasiado decepcionante. Volvería porque como mencioné el lugar es agradable y probaría las otras opciones del menú, y tal vez pediría un café con la esperanza de que sea mejor. -Gringas: muy ricas (recomiendo) -Baguette italiano: igual muy rico, pero nos lo dieron frío -Tanto el cappuccino canela como el regular no tenían sabor a café It has potential. Every time I go to Izamal, I was looking for a coffee with the atmosphere that El Balcón has. The prices are super affordable and the food is fine, the coffee was too disappointing. I would go back because as I mentioned the place is nice and I would try the other options on the menu, and maybe order a coffee in the hopes that it is better. -Gringas: very rich (I recommend) -Italian baguette: still very tasty, but they gave us cold -Both the cinnamon and regular cappuccino had no coffee flavor
