★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been frequenting El Balcón for over 20 years at its various locations. At this family-owned business you can always count on a cozy environment, friendly staff, and delicious yet inexpensive meals. The menu options are a veritable tour of many of the local signature dishes, with the pozole being at the top of my personal list.
The restaurant is near the downtown area but close to the principal travel hub at Paseo Bravo. It may not be hugely known, but those who do become loyal customers and aficionados.

Some of the nicest food we have had in Mexico, and the price is very cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice local restaurant. I was recommended by the owner of Rhodas Hostal. The pozole I ate was very delicious and especially café de olla was soooooo good! The plates and bowls are pretty as well:) I'll definitely go there again for other dishes. I hope that there's a Mexican restaurant like this in Korea.
