Cero comprometidos con el servicio al cliente, tengo 2 meses esperando una factura de una sala y ya ni se molestan en responder el teléfono ni el chat de whatsApp. Si para emitir una factura se batalla y no contestan, no imagino si el producto llega dañado... No lo recomiendo. I made my purchase at walmart.com.mx and requested the invoice since October on the walmart page and they tell me to contact ELBAZARSTORE, I have communicated several times by phone and WhatsApp and I have not had a response. Zero committed to customer service, I have been waiting for a bill for a room for 2 months and they don't even bother answering the phone or WhatsApp chat. If you struggle to issue an invoice and they don't answer, I can't imagine if the product arrives damaged ... I do not recommend it.

Estaba por comprar una sala en Walmart y veo que las únicas reseñas positivas son de perfiles creados para subir la calificación dichos perfíl. Los que califican 5 estrellas ninguno tiene otra contribución únicamente la que le ponen a este lugar que seguramente son los mismos del bazar. No compren de verdad no tienen un canal digital actualizado con buena reputación

Estamos encantados mi esposa y yo!!! We loved our Caslon room, we were uncertain about the comments, they explained each situation of them and we decided to buy it, it was the best decision! It was more than we expected, the Walmart publication said that it would arrive in 2 months and it arrived 7 days after buying it, and the room is very nice! I highly recommend El Bazar Store! Los recomendamos al 100%!!! Recomendadisimos!!
