★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenísima la birria! En cuanto al sabor todo está riquísimo, solo estaría genial que hicieran tortilla a mano y mejoraran un poco las salsas.
En cuanto al lugar, deja mucho que desear, digamos aceptable, pero seamos honestos, a este lugar vas a comer y te vas.
La organización no es tan buena y una de las meseras es media malencarada.
Conclusión. Es la mejor birria al estilo Michoacan que he probado en Qro pero podría mejorar en cuanto a tortilla y salsas.
