F	Fanny Luz Sierra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta por todos los productos que tienen a granel pero EN OCASIONES no hay muy buen servicio, nadie te atiende o cierran muchos pasillos al mismo tiempo para limpiar y eso afecta porque nos aglomeramos en otros pasillos, en ocasiones tmb en cajas son poco amables, en últimas visitas vi personal amable y les dije que no las había visto y me dijeron que era personal nuevo, Excelente decisión. I like it because of all the products they have in bulk but SOMETIMES there is not very good service, nobody attends to you or they close many aisles at the same time to clean and that affects because we crowd in other aisles, sometimes tmb in boxes are unkind, In recent visits I saw friendly staff and I told them that I had not seen them and they told me it was new staff, Excellent decision.

A veces tardan en surtir maicenas por bulto o se les acaba muy rápido. La atención al cliente a mejorado, sin embargo falta que se unifique en todos los bodegones, en precios es competitivo con empresas grandes(no en todos los artículos). Daría la facilidad al cliente de buscar el artículo en otra sucursal en sus artículos faltantes, para no estar saltando de bodegón a bodegón. Y por último habilitaría el número de cajeros disponibles cuando sea hora pico, dado que me han tocado filas de hasta 8 personas con una o dos cajas habilitadas(máximo) I recommend the still life of Lázaro Cardenas for the auto zone, to my liking it has a more assortment of chili peppers in price and qualities.
