Que esta en la tienda se ve que sabe de su trabajo y le gusta, es amable y te informa el porqué nesecita de tal o tal plantilla, si son especiales te explica el porqué de cada borde o cabida de las mismas, es genial encontrarte con gente servicial como ella hasta que llegue con ella entendí la enfermedad que tengo en mis pies, gracias por esa Atencion
I love the attention they give, especially Mrs. Who is in the store, you see that she knows about her work and she likes it, she is kind and informs you why she needs this or that template, if they are special she explains the reason for each edge or place of the same, it is great to meet helpful people like her until I arrive with her I understood the disease that I have on my feet, thanks for that attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudí para una pedigrafia de mi hija, y pregunte si en caso de lo que diera resultado solo necesitaría plantillas o zapatos y la señorita que por cierto muy tajante y mal carácter para su compañero de trabajo me dijo que ellos no vendían plantillas, solo calzado y a los pocos minutos entró una familia y le preguntaron que si en la compra de plantillas el estudio era gratis,el joven encargado afirmó!!
Entonces solo lo hacen por vender, niegan los productos??
Today I went for a pedigraphy of my daughter, and asked if in case of what worked I would only need insoles or shoes and the lady who by the way was very sharp and bad character for her coworker told me that they did not sell insoles , only shoes and a few minutes later a family came in and asked if the study was free when buying insoles, the young manager affirmed!
So they only do it to sell, they deny the products?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me da tristeza ver cómo está zapatería emblemática Se convirtió en un basurero, fuí a comprar unas botas y ya no tienen nada que ofrecer. compré unas plantillas que supuestamente tenían el 50% de descuento y resultó que me hicieron el cargo completo, además que me las entregaron según en una caja cerrada y estaban defectuosas y manchadas, pero no me las quisieron cambiar argumentando que no las revisé en la tienda (de Bolivar 27). No puedo creer que haya terminado así ésta zapatería...
It makes me sad to see how this emblematic shoe store became a garbage can, I went to buy some boots and they no longer have anything to offer. I bought some templates that supposedly had a 50% discount and it turned out that they made me the full charge, also that they were delivered to me according to a closed box and they were defective and stained, but they did not want to change them arguing that I did not check them in the store (from Bolivar 27). I can't believe this shoe store ended like this ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo que decir que en esta sucursal solo hechan el "Choro" con tal de sacar la venta.
Hace poco acudí con mi abuelo donde la Srita. Mary nos quiso vender tanto plantillas como calzado con un aumento considerable el cual ascendía a una cantidad de mas de $3000.
Tuve que tomar el diagnóstico de un verdadero ortopedista que nos indicó que no era necesario todo lo que dijo la señorita, a final terminé pagando menos de $1000.
Es muy triste que una empresa tan longeva como es Borcegui no esté pendiente de las prácticas de su personal y peor aún que permita que sus ventas estén primero antes que una buena atención y un buen asesoramiento.
I have to say that in this branch they only make the "Choro" in order to get the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad si quieren unas bienas plantillas para pie plano u otra cosa, alli no saben hacerlas. Les recomiendo ir a motolinea aunque estan mas costosas pero si las hacen como debe ser y alli les atendera un buen ortopedista y les hacen una buena pedigrafia . Se llama ortopedia allende lo recomiendo mucho Aparte no tienen zapatos especiales para pie cavo o pie plano .
Ninguna persona de ese local save de ortopedia. Si gistan ir a hacerse plantillas me daran la razón.
The truth is, if they want good insoles for flat feet or something else, they don't know how to make them there. I recommend going to a motolinea although they are more expensive but if they do them as they should be and there a good orthopedist will attend to them and they do a good pedigraphy. It's called orthopedics beyond, I highly recommend it. Besides, they don't have special shoes for high arches or flat feet.
No person in that place knows orthopedics. If they gistan to go to make insoles they will give me the reason.
