★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres comer en el restaurante más antiguo de España, no hay duda de comer ahí.
El servicio es excelente y si podes ver la cava puedes bajar a conocerla como un aperitivo mas.
Seguramente regresaría siempre que vuelva a Madrid.

The service is excellent and if you can see the cava you can go down to see it as one more aperitif.
I would surely return whenever I return to Madrid.
