★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio, carísimo, me cobraron como si hubiera comprado de nuevo las prendas, se tardaron mucho en entregar, y cuando fui a recogerlas , una de las prendas se la habían entregado a otra persona, me hicieron que fuera otro día porque no encontraron mi prenda, cuando volví, aun no estaba reparada la prenda, otros días más para que lo hicieran, cuando me la entregan me queda super grande, me la dejaron 12 CM más de lo que yo pedí, me dijeron que la tenían ese mismo día pues yo lo pedí molesta porque ya era demasiado, voy por mi prenda y no está lista, precio muy excesivo, nada profesionales y pésima atención, yo pensé que porque era franquicia iban a dar un servicio excelente pero desgraciadamente no es asi, yo no vuelvo, y en lugar de recomendarlo yo les aconsejo que no vayan a ese lugar, ya lo platiqué con mis amistades y ahora espero que lo vea mucha gente, no se vale.
The price, very expensive, they charged me as if I had bought the clothes again, they took a long time to deliver, and when I went to pick them up, one of the clothes had been delivered to someone else, they made me go another day because they did not find my garment, when I returned, the garment was not yet repaired, other days so that they would do it, when they deliver it to me it is super large, they left it 12 CM more than what I asked for, they told me that they had it that same day because I asked it annoying because it was too much, I go for my garment and it is not ready, very excessive price, nothing professional and terrible attention, I thought that because it was a franchise they were going to give an excellent service but unfortunately it is not like that, I will not return, and instead of recommending it, I advise you not to go to that place, I already discussed it with my friends and now I hope that many people see it, it is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me hace un mal servicio ya que cuando tuve que dejar mi prenda en una semana me la tenían, volví no el día de entrega sino dos días después y me dijeron que aún no lo tenían, se hizo injusto pues nunca recibí llamada de estas personas para que me dijeran que aún no estaba. Se supone que por eso te piden teléfono
They do me a bad service because when I had to leave my garment in a week they had it for me, I returned not on the day of delivery but two days later and they told me that they still did not have it, it was unfair because I never received a call from these people so they would tell me it wasn't there yet. That is why they ask you for a phone number

Terrible service, they sent me back 3 times to pick up my order, in the end they delivered me with a very bad quality and were still incensed when I asked for an explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un vestido de noche para arreglar el dobladillo y lo dejaron más corto de los lados. Pedí que lo arreglaran y lo dejaron peor. Me lo entregaron manchado culpándome a mi (el cliente) y no se hicieron responsables del daño. Antes era un buen servicio, pero ahora las personas que arreglan la ropa la echan a perder. No lo recomiendo.
Wear an evening dress to fix the hem and keep it shorter on the sides. I asked for it to be fixed and they made it worse. They gave it to me stained blaming me (the client) and they were not responsible for the damage. Before it was good service, but now the people who fix the clothes spoil it. I do not recommend it.
