★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la mañana taquería con nombre "Los Chopeaditos", de tacos al vapor y mañaneros (de guisados), y por la noche la taquería a reseñar: "el Blvd de los tacos", de trompo y bistec.
El bistec al parecer está preparado en manteca, y termina nadando en grasa. Para mí gusto está excesivo en cuanto a lo grasoso. Predomina demasiado ese sabor mantecoso.
El trompo está muy bien sazonado. Es lo mejor de aquí.
Las costras de queso están ricas. Es un queso de intensidad baja a media, así que no le encuentras un sabor que te distraiga del sabor de la carne.
La salsa verde está deliciosa. La salsa roja está bien. La cebolla asada está más o menos. Sirven cebolla y cilantro picados.
Se pude comer al aire libre o adentro. Tienen TV y ventilación. El servicio es agradable.
Si vuelvo es por el trompo.
In the morning, a taqueria named "Los Chopeaditos", with steamed tacos and morning (stew) tacos, and at night the taqueria to review: "el Blvd de los tacos", with a top and steak.
The steak is apparently cooked in lard, and ends up swimming in fat. For my taste it is excessive in terms of fat. That buttery flavor predominates too much.
The trompo is very well seasoned. It's the best here.
Cheese crusts are delicious. It is a low to medium intensity cheese, so you do not find a flavor that distracts you from the flavor of the meat.
The green sauce is delicious. Red sauce is fine. The roasted onion is more or less. They serve chopped onion and cilantro.
You can eat outside or inside. They have TV and ventilation. The service is nice.
If I come back it's because of the top.
